Planning, Management & Coordination
You are probably more familiar with the term ‘Day of Coordination’, but honestly that doesn't really exist. Planning for your wedding starts months in advance. We will help guide you to your Wedding Day by stepping into your shoes at anytime you like during the planning process and we will be there on the day to oversee every detail. Our years of experience will be invaluable on the day and be the reason you find yourself ‘letting go’ so you can enjoy every moment.
Even before the big question is asked, you may already have a pretty good idea of what you want for your wedding but now you need someone to bring all those ideas to life.
Every couple has different needs and budget ranges so it really comes down to three things:
(1) Know your time constraints – work or school schedule/ how much time do you really have before the wedding to plan and then determine if you can handle the entire to do list;
(2) Know which pre-wedding items you would enjoy handling and then make a list of those items you really aren't interested in; and

We start with a consult to discuss ideas, budget and time frame. You will receive ongoing email, phone communication and additional meetings, as required. We will develop a comprehensive timeline of exactly where you need to be with your soon-to-be fiancé and any suppliers that are involved in the special moment. We can book and confirm in any suppliers on your behalf. And finally, we can be onsite of the proposal location prior to ensure every detail is as planned.

For newly engaged couples who have planned their own Engagement Party but would like someone to organise and manage on the day to ensure all the details come together.
After an initial consultation, we provide ongoing email and phone communication. We attend a site inspection of your chose location or venue and draft a layout as per your requirements.
We will work with you to develop a comprehensive timeline of your Engagement Party that will be distributed to your suppliers as well as coordinate with each one to ensure they each know your itinerary and their set up times and requirements.
We will be onsite to assist and coordinator with the set up, ensuring each and every detail of the set up and timings meet the requirement as per details discussed in our meetings and receive all deliveries and greeting each vendor as they arrive to set up.

During your consult we can also offer advice on venues to suit your style of wedding and lists of contacts for various wedding creatives. We also provide information on the best motels close to your reception venue and discounts for your family and guest who choose to stay with our accommodation partners.
