When and where is the Wedding Expo?
The Wedding Expo will be held on Saturday 6 June 2026, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Mackay Showgrounds.
Is the event free to attend?
Yes. Entry is free with registration.
VIP ticket options are currently being developed and will be announced closer to the event.
How do I register for tickets?
Tickets will be available via our event registration platform. This will be confirmed closer to launch and may be accessed through a mobile event app or an online ticketing platform.
All tickets will be digital.
Who can attend?
This is a family-friendly event and all ages are welcome.
Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes. Attendees are welcome to leave and re-enter the event during public hours.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and includes accessible toilet facilities.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Food offerings will be announced closer to the event once exhibitors are confirmed.
There will be a licensed bar available on-site.
